GLOBAL
WOMEN IN HERPETOLOGY PROJECT
Working with Amphibians and Reptiles across Countries and Cultures

ABOUT THE PROJECT
GLOBAL WOMEN IN HERPETOLOGY BOOK
A collection of stories from 50 Herpetologists from around the Globe
Globally, women in many professions, including ours, are still relatively invisible. We believe that these stories are worth sharing. Our project gathers 50 authors (one per country) from different cultures and backgrounds. By sharing our journey in life and career, we will collectively put a spotlight on the diversity of women in our field. We hope this effort will encourage the next generation of herpetologists to follow their dreams.
